New Payment Policy Regarding Credit Refunds

Starting 8th December 2025, we will be introducing a 20 credit admin fee anytime you cancel an Express job with a valid reason and we refund credits to you.

This is because with every cancellation, we spend 10-15 minutes reaching out to the customer and checking the reason that they want to cancel the job. In addition to that, even when the customer really needed a service, the customer is lost.

Please only accept requests that you can realistically fulfill. Otherwise, we would have wasted the customer and other service professionals would have lost revenue.

Moving forward, we’re also rolling out system updates to make sure customers are easily contactable and to prevent duplicate requests, making your job experience smoother. Stay tuned!
