All Pros who respond to jobs on Recommend.my are expected to meet our 5-point standard code of behaviour

Any Pro who does not conform to the standard code of behaviour above will be prevented from quoting, and have their business profile removed.

If Recommend.my receives any complaints or negative reviews about your service, we reserve the right to suspend your business account from the system and you will not be able to accept jobs anymore.

We also monitor the number of star-ratings that you get on your business profile.

In the event that your rating falls below an average of 3, we will contact you for resolution.
