If you accept a job, you need to update the status of the job later:
- If you already completed the work, then mark it as COMPLETED. Detailed steps
- (For express jobs) If the customer decided not to proceed, then REJECT the job (and attach proof)
- (For quotation jobs) If the customer decided not to proceed, ARCHIVE the job.
When marking a job as completed, you need to report the final job amount.
If you under report or do not report completion of any job within 3 days after the job completed, you will be penalised based on the rules below:
