EXPRESS request is applicable for certain types of service only.

How is EXPRESS service different from NORMAL?

For EXPRESS requests:

1. Customer will not get multiple quotes
2. Only one pro is allowed to accept the job
3. When a pro has accepted the job, it will be closed and no other pro can take the job
4. When a pro has accepted the job, their Recommend Credits will be deducted immediately
5. When a pro has accepted the job, they will receive the customer contact immediately

How to become EXPRESS pro?

Your business must offer a service that is considered an EXPRESS service, e.g. aircon servicing.

EXPRESS pro is by-invitation only. Our team will invite you to be an EXPRESS pro after we determine that you have delivered consistent, quality services to our customers.

1. You must offer one or more of the services listed above
2. You must be able to accept the job within 1 hour of receiving the notification
