Remember to set jobs to “completed” status

This is a reminder for you to mark the job complete in the Recommend app for the job that you have completed and received full payment.

Please be reminded that for every job completed, you are required to mark the job completed within 3 days of the job completion otherwise penalties may take place.

Here is a refresher on how to complete a job:

  • If you already completed the work, then mark it as COMPLETED
  • (For express jobs) If the customer decided not to proceed, then REJECT the job (and attach whatsapp conversation of proof, if unsure please contact vendor careline)
  • (For quotation jobs) If the customer decided not to proceed, ARCHIVE the job.

Please update your jobs as soon as possible as we will be conducting a routine system check on the 10th of May this week!
