Effective 16th June 2025, all payments that you receive from customers must be made through Recommend Pay, our secure in-app payment platform. This ensures that all transactions are properly recorded and protected.
The only exception is if the customer explicitly chooses to pay you directly. In such cases, you must submit the proof of direct payment below, during job completion:
- A screenshot or photo of the transfer receipt (e.g. Maybank2U, TouchNGo, etc), OR
- A clear photo of the cash received, taken at the point of payment
This documentation must be uploaded when marking the job as complete in the app.

Failure to upload proof of payment received will result in strict penalties:
- First offense: A 1-week suspension from the platform
- Repeat offenses: May lead to permanent suspension
These measures are being implemented to protect both our Service Providers and customers, and to maintain the integrity of our platform.
