APP FEATURE 1: Share request details
You can copy paste request details, making it easy to WhatsApp it to your employees.
The Recommend.my vendor app includes a function for you to copy the request details and share it to your messaging platform of choice.
How to use
- Open your pro dashboard. Go to the ACTIVE tab to see active jobs
- Tap on one of the active jobs
- In the DETAILS tab of the active job, tap on the “copy” icon (see image below). This will copy the request details
- Now you can open your other apps, such as WhatsApp or SMS, and paste the request details there
Sharing the request details ensures that your employees are well informed of the service to be carried out.
APP FEATURE 2: Upload PDF to chat
Customers and vendors can now upload PDF files into the chat. This makes it easier for you to share documents, and for customers to files such as share floor plans. See Image below
These features are available on both IOS and Android versions of the Recommend.my Vendor mobile app.
