Good news! When you mark a job as complete, you can now upload photos and documents for that job.

Depending on the service you provide, you may be able to upload:

• A before photo
• An after photo
• Your invoice or quotation
• A job sheet

The upload screen will show you which ones apply to your job. Some may be required, and some are optional.

A simple habit: before you start the job, snap a “before” photo. After you finish, snap an “after” photo.

We also suggest wearing your Recommend.my T-shirt so it shows in the photos.

Uploading photos also helps your business profile look stronger to future customers, and gives clear proof that the job was done.

NOTE: Any photos that you upload to “BEFORE” and “AFTER” can be viewed by the public in your business profile. Do not share any sensitive customer information here (such as invoices, full names, contact number, addresses, bank account numbers)
