New feature to remind customers to make payment

We’ve just rolled out a new reminder function that simplifies the payment follow-up process. Now, with just a click of a button, you can send gentle reminders to customers who have yet to make their payments.

How it works

  1. View an active job
  2. Navigate to the “Payment” tab
  3. If there is a pending payment, you can click the “send reminder” button

The customer will then receive a reminder through their app as well as their email address.

You may send reminder to the customer up to once a day.

When the payment is settled, the “send reminder” button will disappear.
