When you are on the way to your customer’s location, you can share your location with the customer.

But, your device may have disabled location sharing.

This setting is done through your web browser, such as Google Chrome.

The steps below will show you how to re-enable location sharing. The steps are for Google Chrome, but it should be similar for other browsers too.

To re-enable location sharing in Google Chrome Mobile Browser:

Step 1: Go into your web browser settings

Tap the “…” menu and choose “Settings”

Step 2: Choose “Site Settings” > “Location”

Step 3: Under the “blocked” list, find www.recommend.my and click it

Step 4: Under “Location Access”, change it from “block” to “allow”

Step 5: Return to your original screen and reload it

You should now be able to share your live location!
