When a customer requests for a service, it will appear in your Recommend.my PRO dashboard. We will also email you.

If you have installed the Recommend.my mobile app for Pros, you will also get notified in the app.

To access the PRO dashboard:

1. Login to Recommend using your username and password

2. Visit your PRO dashboard

Open the menu, and click on OPEN JOBS, QUOTED, or ACTIVE. Don’t worry, they will all go to the same dashboard.

If you are already logged in, you can just browse directly to https://www.recommend.my/dashboard

3. View your latest OPEN jobs

Your dashboard is divided into three main tabs:

OPEN = Latest job requests from customers

QUOTED = Job requests that you have already responded to, and waiting for the customer to reply

ACTIVE = Job requests where the customer has replied to you, or you have requested for payment

4. Click on any OPEN job in the list to view more details about it

5. If you are interested in this job, you can respond to it.
