We just released a new feature called Click2Request that will give you more requests.

As you may know, customers can view a directory of the best service professionals on Recommend.my, by clicking “Pro Directory” (see image below)

When a new customer sees your profile in the business directory, and they want to contact you, they can click the “WhatsApp” or “Call” button. (see image below)

A new request will automatically be created under your active tab with the tag “Click2Request” (see image below).

This will make it easier for you to invoice the customer later using Recommend Pay. 

For every Click2Request you receive from a new customer, a credit charge will apply (10 credits for express requests; 5 credits for quotation requests). 

If the job is completed, you get 5% discount off regular rate. 

If the job is cancelled by the customer or never started, you can cancel the job as normal to get your credit refund.
